Return and Refund Policy
Redi Improve is dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience, including a straightforward process for returns and exchanges if needed. Below are our guidelines to help ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
General Return Conditions
- Return Request Timeframe: Requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, requests made beyond this period cannot be processed.
- Refund Time: 7 Working Days
- Restocking Fees: Min of 15% restocking will be applied.
- Shipping Cost: Free Return
Restocking Fees & Cancellations
- Cancellations or Refusals After Shipping: Orders canceled or refused after they have shipped will incur a restocking fee. Additionally, if incorrect shipping information is provided, causing a delivery failure, the shipment will be returned to us, and a restocking fee will apply.
- Restocking Fees by Brand: A minimum 15% restocking fee applies for eligible returns.
In some instances, customers may be required to arrange packing and shipping directly from a FedEx or similar carrier location.
Product Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return,
- Condition: Be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet.
- Original Packaging Required: Returns lacking original packaging are not accepted.
- Exclusions: Products that have been used or installed are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Modified or Altered Products: Products that have been modified in any way.
- Non-Resalable Condition: Items that are not in their original, resalable condition.
- Missing Order Number: Items without an accompanying order number.
- Lack of Original Packaging: Products not in their original box or without original packaging materials.
Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps to resolve the issue promptly:

Visible Box Damage: If there is clear damage to the box upon delivery, take photos, refuse the package, and ensure the driver notes the damage on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill.

No Visible Box Damage: If the box appears undamaged, inspect the item immediately after delivery. If the item itself is damaged, take photos and send them to us at support@rediimprove.com within 24 hours.

Replacement Processing: Once we have the necessary details, we’ll arrange a replacement. Note that costs for removing or installing the unit are not covered.
Please Note: Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted, and items must be returned to qualify for a replacement or refund.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange Request Timeframe: Requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery; any requests after this period cannot be accepted.
- Restocking Fee: A minimum 15% restocking fee applies to all exchanges.
- Eligible Condition: Only uninstalled, unused products in their original packaging, including box and pallet, qualify for exchange. Used or installed products are not eligible.
Exchange Process:
- A pickup for the product(s) will be scheduled.
- Once received, the product will be inspected to confirm it is in new, resalable condition.
- A refund, less the applicable restocking fee, will be issued.
- Customers can then place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our warehouse, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 72 hours for the refund to appear on your statement.
International Shipping & Warranty Coverage
We do not ship to international.
