At Redi Improve, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our shipping options, delivery processes, fees, and guidelines to ensure transparency and set clear expectations for our customers.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 6:00 PM ESTÂ will be processed on the same business day. Orders received after this cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days.
Important: Delivery estimates start from the day the order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard curbside shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are delivered by FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most affordable available carrier.
- Delivery Type: All standard free shipping orders are curbside only. Please arrange for assistance if needed; carriers do not deliver inside your home, garage, or other indoor areas.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We currently offer shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or international locations. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number within 2-4 business days. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to appear after receiving the tracking number.
Adjusting Your Shipping Address
You can adjust your shipping address at no additional charge if the order has not been processed. If the order is already in transit, a $175 fee applies to cover the cost of updating the address with the carrier.
Shipping of Large Items
Large or heavy items, such as ranges or refrigerators, are shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers. The carrier will schedule a delivery appointment, and someone must be present to sign for the shipment. Curbside delivery is free; however, additional charges may apply for rescheduled or refused deliveries.
Cancellations & Refusals
If you cancel or refuse an order after it has shipped, a restocking and shipping fee will apply based on the brand.
In some cases, you may be responsible for packing and shipping the item directly from a FedEx or similar carrier location. For more information, refer to our full Return Policy.
Damaged Shipments
We take great care to ensure safe delivery. However, in the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Visible Damage: If the box is visibly damaged, take photos, refuse the package, and note the damage on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill. Then, email us at support@rediimprove.com with the photos.

Hidden Damage: If the box appears intact, inspect the product immediately upon opening. Report any damage within 24 hours with photos. Damages reported after 24 hours are not eligible for resolution.
Returns & Exchanges for Damaged Goods
For returns and exchanges, please keep all original packaging, including the box, packaging materials, and pallet. Returns must be in their original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included. Refunds are processed after inspection at the warehouse and credited to the original payment method within 72 hours.
