Shipping of Large Items
Most orders are shipped via one of our third-party freight carriers, using large trucks for oversized items. Large or heavy items, such as ranges or refrigerators, are shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers. The carrier will schedule a delivery appointment, and someone must be present to sign for the shipment. Curbside delivery is free; however, additional charges may apply for rescheduled or refused deliveries. Please ensure a correct phone number is provided during checkout for scheduling purposes.
Order Confirmation & Notifications
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order and authorization of your credit card. Your card will only be charged once the item has shipped, unless it is a back-ordered item, in which case we will secure it for you. We begin processing your order as soon as it is received.
